My Marketing Philosophy
I view marketing as a strategic management discipline, particularly within B2B and deep tech environments. In technology-driven companies, marketing plays a central role in value creation by structuring complex content, defining clear value propositions, and supporting sustainable growth. As Chief Marketing Officer, I bring extensive experience from the mechanical engineering and electrical engineering industries. A core focus of my work is systematic lead generation and customer acquisition through integrated marketing initiatives. I apply a data-driven, performance-oriented approach that closely aligns marketing activities with sales objectives. For me, lead generation is not an isolated function but an integral part of a holistic go-to-market model—from strategic positioning and campaign execution through to sales handover. Closely connected to this is brand positioning.
Especially in B2B and deep tech environments, a clearly defined brand forms the foundation for trust, differentiation, and long-term customer relationships. Brand leadership and lead generation are highly interdependent: a consistent positioning increases lead quality, shortens decision cycles, and improves the efficiency of revenue-focused marketing activities. Accordingly, I am responsible for both the strategic development of the brand and its operational execution across all relevant touchpoints. I am a dual authorized signatory (Prokuristin) in Germany and Italy and operate confidently within international corporate and governance structures. Currently, I lead a global marketing organization of up to 20 team members across Germany, Italy, the United States, and China. My responsibilities include establishing clear governance frameworks, leading cross-cultural teams, and managing global marketing initiatives while addressing regional market requirements.
In addition to strategic and organizational leadership, I hold responsibility for finance and international budget management within the marketing function. This includes planning, controlling, and monitoring global marketing budgets, evaluating investments, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and closely coordinating with finance and executive leadership. The objective is transparent, efficient allocation of resources with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes. My approach is characterized by strategic clarity, analytical thinking, and strong execution capabilities. I focus on data-driven marketing, consistent brand leadership, and measurable contributions to business performance—particularly in international B2B and deep tech organizations.
